CoachOpp Client Service Agreement

Parties

This Agreement is made between CoachOpp Global Ltd ("CoachOpp") and the customer purchasing services via the CoachOpp platform ("Client").

CLAUSE 1 – NATURE OF THE SERVICE

1.1. The Client purchases coaching services through the CoachOpp platform.

1.2. Services are delivered by independent coaches who have a contractual relationship with CoachOpp.

1.3. CoachOpp is the entity issuing invoices to the Client; coaches do not invoice the Client directly.

CLAUSE 2 – PAYMENT AND BILLING

2.1. The Client makes all payments to CoachOpp. No direct payments are made to coaches.

2.2. CoachOpp issues invoices or receipts to the Client in relation to the services purchased.

2.3. Coaches shall not issue invoices, receipts, or similar documents directly to the Client.

CLAUSE 3 – SERVICE DELIVERY

3.1. Services are provided by coaches listed on the CoachOpp platform and selected or matched to the Client.

3.2. Coaches are independent contractors and are not employees of CoachOpp.

3.3. CoachOpp provides and maintains the technical platform, booking flows, and payment infrastructure.

CLAUSE 4 – REFUND AND CANCELLATION

4.1. Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies are determined by CoachOpp and published on the platform.

4.2. By making a booking, the Client acknowledges and accepts the applicable refund and cancellation rules.

4.3. Requests for cancellation or refund are handled by CoachOpp in accordance with the published policies.

CLAUSE 5 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1. CoachOpp is responsible for the operation of the technical platform, payment processing, and system availability.

5.2. The content, method, and professional quality of the coaching services are the sole responsibility of the Coach.

5.3. CoachOpp's liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from coaching services is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

CLAUSE 6 – CLIENT REVIEWS

6.1. The Client may leave ratings and reviews regarding the Coach and the service received.

6.2. The Client accepts that such reviews may be displayed on the Coach's profile and elsewhere on the platform.

6.3. CoachOpp reserves the right to remove or edit reviews that are unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

CLAUSE 7 – TERMINATION

7.1. The Client may terminate this Agreement de facto by ceasing to use the CoachOpp platform.

7.2. CoachOpp may suspend or terminate the Client's account in cases of breach of terms, misuse, payment issues, or security concerns.

7.3. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued as of the date of termination.
