6. Client Obligations

If you are a client on our platform, you agree to:

• Treat coaches with respect and professionalism
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or cancel according to the cancellation policy
• Pay all fees in a timely manner
• Provide honest and constructive feedback
• Respect coaches' time and professional boundaries

7. Payments and Fees

Financial terms for using CoachOpp:

• Coaches set their own pricing for services
• CoachOpp charges a platform fee on each transaction
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation and refund policy
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive full refunds
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur fees
• No-shows are non-refundable
• Coaches who cancel receive penalties and clients receive full refunds

9. Intellectual Property

All content on CoachOpp, including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, is the property of CoachOpp or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create and share on the platform, but you grant CoachOpp a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Upload harmful content, including viruses or malware
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions

11. Disclaimers

CoachOpp is a platform that connects coaches and clients. We do not employ coaches, endorse specific coaches, or guarantee any particular results from coaching services. Coaches are independent service providers.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COACHOPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoachOpp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CoachOpp shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
